Lose Belly Fat
The belly - It may possibly be one of the most puzzling areas of a person's body when it comes to losing fat, and it seems everybody is obsessed with acquiring a flat belly.

Sadly a lot of people believe they can eat whatever they fancy and lose belly fat by working out to burn off the excess calories. Some even believe that performing 100s of sit ups each day will give you a flat tummy, that's perhaps the biggest myth around.

The truth is that exercise is a good start, but you can't out-exercise a bad diet. Even if you do the best exercises for burning fat you will need to consider what you eat. And I am not talking about going on a diet in the traditional sense. You will see what i mean later on.

You need to be aware of the fact that your stomach will never be flat until you lose weight all over your body. Maintaining a toned core means developing good eating habits for life, stop crash dieting, exercise regularly and have lots of patience. Crunches alone will never get the job done.

This is this week's tip on how to burn fat : Drink more water!

Now you may have heard it beforehand but let me tell you why drinking water aids you to burn fat.

Water keeps your liver doing what it is supposed to be doing. Your liver is a fat burning organ that's what it does, but when your kidneys are taxed from not drinking sufficient water or when you are chronically dehydrated your liver has to take over some of the responsibilities of the kidneys and whilst that happens, guess what, your fat burning shuts down. The best way to keep that from happening is to drink more water, 8-10 glasses a day.
